Governor reaffirms: "No new taxes - I intend to abide by the will of the voters"
It is widely expected that next week's state revenue forecast will result in another drop in the state's budget outlook. Some are speculating the state's budget shortfall could be exacerbated by another eye-popping $2 billion.
