Sunshine Week: “Legislative Transparency Act”

In honor of National Sunshine Week, below is model language to help put the people back in the legislative process. The draft language is a combination of our proposed legislative transparency constitutional amendment endorsed by the State Auditor and Attorney General and the changes we suggested for SB 5419.
